MEET MADDY B!
She started her fitness journey two & a half years ago working out from home. Her journey started in a place of self hate because she was at the lowest point she'd ever been in her life. Maddy lost herself for awhile because she was putting everyone else’s needs before her own, and there were multiple times where she had zero motivation to work out especially since she was only doing it from home. After a year she decided to find a gym where she could grow even more & that’s when she came across Ace. Maddy has now been in a gym setting for over a year and a half, and is so grateful for the friendships she's created, the tips & tricks she's received & being apart of such an amazing gym. Maddy says she has learned that there is so much more to fitness than the physical aspect of it. Strength is healing & powerful, but it’s so much more than a number on a scale. It is an emotional & mental journey. It is about self acceptance & self love. Fitness is apart of her lifestyle, it saved her and adds value to her life. Maddy's mental & physical health is thriving & her confidence is growing, and she is more motivated than ever to keep this spark going, hitting new goals & continuing to growing into the person she is becoming.
MEET MARYAM!
Maryam had always led an active lifestyle, until the pandemic hit. She gave up playing soccer, and her mind sank into a state of depression and laziness. Realizing her unhappiness with her body and lack of motivation, she sought a way back to her former self. After trying different gyms without success, she discovered Ace Athletics and fell in love with its supportive environment. With determination, Maryam found what worked for her in the gym and revamped her eating habits. Since then, she has never looked back, staying consistent, and enjoying every moment of her physical and mental transformation.

Adreena is a passionate and inspiring woman who discovered her love for fitness over two years ago through basketball. Her own transformation has motivated others to start their fitness journeys. She believes in the power of fitness to improve not only physical health but also mental and emotional well-being. Adreena is committed to supporting and mentoring others as they pursue their fitness goals, emphasizing a holistic approach to wellness. Through her social media presence, she continues to inspire and uplift the fitness community.
