Ashley attended Holy Cross College, Notre dame, representing the college in soccer at the Division 1 NAIA Collegiate level. Prior to attending college in America Ashley played as a youth trainee with Derby County and semi professionally with Hucknall Town in England. During 4 years at the college he spent 3 seasons as a captain of the team and whilst sidelined through injury his sophomore year he took on the reigns as an assistant coach. Whilst also finishing as the top goalscorer in the soccer programs history he was also part of the first graduating soccer players. Ashley graduated from Holy Cross with a Bachelors degree in business and an Associates Degree in Communications. Ashley Also has National Coaching Lisences from both the U.K and USA.

Matt attended the University of Maine at Presque Isle representing the school at soccer at the NCAA D3 collegiate level. Matt was a starting centre back during his final two years attaining all conference second team and MVP honours during his junior year. He was rewarded for his hard work during his senior year being voted as one of two team captains in his senior year. Along with 6 other players who played as a part of Matt’s graduating class they broke school records for wins and shut-outs during their 4 year career. Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education: Fitness & Wellness.

Tom attended the University of Leeds representing the school in the British Universities & College's Sport (BUCS). Tom went on to play at Schoolcraft College in Michigan, whilst there Schoolcraft College were ranked number 1 in the country and Tom was named in the All-Region first team, All-Conference first team, All-Tournament team and was ranked the number 1 player for goals and assists in Region 12. Tom Graduated from school with a Bachelors of Science in Sports and Exercise Science. Tom also has National Coaching lisences from both the U.K and USA.
